Birth doula services include physical, emotional, and informational support and advocacy for pregnancy, labor and birth. We meet twice in advance of your birth to identify your birth preferences and talk about how we can work together to achieve your goals for your birth. In labor, I help you to work with your body to allow for the process of labor to unfold. I offer encouragement and support to help you to navigate the hardest parts of labor. I help you to ask smart questions and ensure that you know the full range of options available to you in birth. I work collaboratively with you and your birth team to help you achieve an empowering birth experience.
